Add Slider Images in Google Sites

How to Create and Publish a Slideshow to a Google site
Step 1: Create Presentation (see above link for help or instructions)
Step 2: To adjust the presentation view so that the black spaces on top and bottom are not showing, go to "File" then "Page setup" and choose "Custom" from the drop down menu and adjust size to "16x12 inches" & press ok
Step 3: Publish Presentation. Go to "File" then "Publish to the web". A box will open, put a checkmark on the boxes for: "Start slideshow as soon as the player loads" and "Restart slideshow after the last slide." The other settings can remain the same, unless you wish to change them. Otherwise, go to "Document Link" and copy the URL.  
Step 4: Go to your Google site you wish to add slideshow and click the Edit button for the page you want to edit. Next click "Insert", then "More gadgets" and click on "Slideshow maker (using Google slides)" and then click "Select." A box will appear. In the blank box where it says "Link to the presentation (required)," paste the "Document Link" you copied from your presentation. Make sure your background color is white. Adjust width and height as necessary and remove the checkmarks for "Include a border around gadget" and "Display title on gadget." Now click "OK." Save your page and your slideshow should now appear on the page.
