Create an Event web page on Project Central

  • Go to the Project Central website
  • If you are not signed into the Project Central site, click "Sign In" on the very bottom of the website. Please note that to receive full editing access you may have to click "Sign In" twice
  • Click on the Events page, then click on the Create Page symbol located on the top right-hand corner of the Events page
  • Name the page based on the event 
    • For I Am The Change events, name the page "IATC - Host Name Here - Date"  (Ex: IATC - Grace Point Church. - 1/4/17)
    • For Liars and Posers events, name the page "LnP - Host Name Here - Date" (Ex: LnP - Edgewood I.S.D. - 4/7/17)
    • For International Delegations, name the page "Country Delegation Name Here - Date" (Ex: Republic of Korea Delegation - 11/9/17)
    • For Conferences, name the page "Organization Name Here Conference - Date" (Ex: CASA Conference - 12/12/17)
  • Choose the page template based on the event
    • For I Am The Change events, choose the "I Am The Change" template
    • For Liars and Posers events, choose the "Event" template
    • For International Delegations, choose the "Int'l Delegation Template" 
    • For Conferences, choose the "Speaking-Training Event" template
    • For Public/Community Events, choose the "Event" template
  • Put page under "Events" then click the red "Create" button
